Paul has an undergraduate degree from Lakehead University and is also a graduate of the Global Entrepreneurship and Ecommerce program from Confederation College. The title of this manuscript "Integrating technology addiction and adoption: An empirical investigation of online auction websites", for which Paul is a co-author, has been accepted by for publication in the 15th Americas Conference on Information Systems held August 6-9, 2009 in San Francisco, California. Paul manages and lends business expertise and support to Augesco Business Incubator. The Incubator facilities and programs help new entrepreneurs survive the critical early stages of development and lower the failure rate. They encourage entrepreneurship and minimize obstacles to new business formation and growth. The incubator facility and programs houses a small number of new enterprises which share an array of services and access training and programming. These shared services include: meeting areas, secretarial, accounting, round table discussions, fax/copy machines, research/library, on-site financial and management counselling, and computer/word processing facilities, etc. In short, a Business Incubator provides start-up and fledgling companies with business and management assistance, at times affordable space, and shared support services.Some additional areas that Mr. Giles specializes in are; Project Development & Management; Feasibility and Business Planning; Marketing and Events Planning; Funding Procurement; Development and implementation of training curriculum as well as other related business expertise.
